Important exclusions
- Meta ad spend budget: Your ongoing paid advertising budget, the ad spend paid to Meta, is strictly separate and not included in Bandicoot management fees. A budget will be agreed with you prior to any ad placement.
- External video production crew: If required, costs for an independent third-party videographer are not included in Bandicoot management fees. Most small to medium businesses do not need this service, but it is available as an option if required.
Package commitments & exclusions
Minimum 3-month commitment. All monthly packages include a minimum 3-month commitment so we can establish your brand guidelines, content rhythm and reporting.
Client-supplied assets. You supply product images, footage and relevant promotional details, with the exception of the *Shopify Total Scale & E-Com Dominance package and the *Social Media Management Complete Social Management package.
Exclusions. Advertising spend, paid ad management, advanced automations and third-party email software fees are excluded from package pricing.
