Important exclusions
- Platform software fees: Independent third-party subscription costs, such as monthly billing from email service providers like MailerLite, Mailchimp or HubSpot, are paid directly by you to the provider. These fees are usually based entirely on your total contact list size and are not included in Bandicoot management fees.
Package commitments & exclusions
Minimum 3-month commitment. All monthly packages include a minimum 3-month commitment so we can establish your brand guidelines, content rhythm and reporting.
Client-supplied assets. You supply product images, footage and relevant promotional details, with the exception of the *Shopify Total Scale & E-Com Dominance package and the *Social Media Management Complete Social Management package.
Exclusions. Advertising spend, paid ad management, advanced automations and third-party email software fees are excluded from package pricing.
